When faculty access files in Google Drive, they can use Google’s collaboration tools. If the document isn’t shared correctly, the faculty won’t be able to access it in Google. The student must ensure that the document is shared correctly. To submit the document as a link which the faculty can access from Google’s website. The student must select a conversion format based on the Google Document type. To convert the file and submit it as an attachment for the faculty to download.
